I am the wellness consultant at Determined Results Fitness, dedicated to ​making health and fitness enjoyable, straightforward, and impactful.


My expertise extends to running healthy lifestyle challenges and weight loss ​programs, having successfully led initiatives for over 40 individuals within my ​department during my time working a desk job. Additionally, my experience ​as a health insurance agent providing major medical coverage to small ​businesses has given me insight into how unhealthy employees can impact a ​company's bottom line significantly.


Having personally faced challenges with weight management despite a love ​for culinary delights, I am driven by my own experiences to prioritize fitness ​and demonstrate to clients that with determination, one can overcome ​environmental influences and achieve a healthier lifestyle.


With a background as a master trainer and a lifelong passion for athletics, I ​excel in enhancing the performance of elite tennis players and supporting ​former athletes in their weight loss journeys. Beyond coaching, I actively ​participate in tennis to continually refine my skills and deepen my ​understanding of the sport.

  • Structured Programs: Our workouts are part of well-designed programs that span at least 4 weeks. These programs guide you through consistent training, ensuring progress and results.
  • Flexible Schedule: Choose to work out 4 to 6 days per week within the 4-week program. Alternatively, combine days to create an 8-week routine that suits your pace.
  • Variety and Customization: After completing a program, you have options: repeat, advance to the next program, or mix and match workouts to create your personalized fitness journey.
  • Expert Guidance: Consult our trainers for advice on the best workouts or programs for your goals.
  • Community-Driven: We value your input! Share feedback, and we’ll consider adding new workouts based on your preferences. 🏋️‍♀️💪
